Dan Verkys
Dan Verkys has been a graphic designer and artist for over 25 years. His artwork comprises digital compositing, combining 3D rendered forms and photographic manipulation, predominantly in the dark fantasy genre. Dan has been fortunate enough to work with many talented musicians, entertainers, authors, and other artists who have shared a similar view of the world. Monsters have been a big part of his life, having a fondness for classic horror films and literature since early childhood.
In addition to his dark art, Dan is well known for his bright and expressive Skeleton art series, which has helped him to move further out of his comfort zone and enabled him to express himself more. Although he is an intensely private person, his art has given him a voice that has connected with countless people worldwide. Through art, he has found a way to help himself, and others cope with love, loss, and other personal struggles. CMP will publish Blood & Verse – the collaboration with Jeff Oliver and Chris McAuley.
