Austin Freeman is an American actor born in Anderson, SC and raised in Hartwell, GA. He began acting in theatrical productions at the age of 16 where he discovered a love for entertainment. Austin received his BA in Theatre Performance with a Minor in Religion from Young Harris College in 2012. He has been pursuing a career in film with a passion. While he is a classically trained stage actor, Austin has performed in productions for theatre and feature films. His resume also includes short films, television, commercials, voice over, web series, and improv performances.
Austin is also a budding combatant, having received Recommended Passes in Unarmed and Knife Combat. He earned that with the Society of American Fight Directors. This unique talent constantly explores a vast range of characters. Some examples range from drug addicts to preachers, college kids to congressmen, princes to peasants, and killers to the boy-next-door. He loves having the opportunity to act and create stories about the human experience. Austin currently lives in Atlanta, GA.
